1 lb. large shrimp (peeled, raw, divined with tails on)

1 stick butter

2 Tablespoons olive oil

2 Teaspoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons white wine

1 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Melt butter and oil at 400 degrees on the BGE, in BGE Paella Pan
  2. Add minced garlic; add shrimp cook 4-7 minutes or until opaque and firm
  3.  Remove shrimp from butter. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook for 1 minute while stirring.
  4. Add shrimp while lightly tossing.
  5. Serve
